		<description>i start having funugreek tea to cure my tinnitus 3 times daily,but it caused me a headache,is this normal or is it until the body get used of this drink, and i found it more pleaseant if i boil the seeds and drink it hot, should i decreased one cup and have 2 instead of 3, would i be doing right.
