Acupressure

is a popular traditional Chinese medicine technique in which a person is treated by applying physical pressure with hand, elbow or other device. Traditional Chinese medicine, believes that physical ailments occur due to the disruption in the flow of energy, or chi. The flow can be reestablished by acupressure.

The points are - GB 2, GB 20, TW 17, TW 21, LI 4, LI 11, GV 15, TW 3, TW 5, CV 23, K 3, LIV 2, and BI 23. If any patient gets affected with tinnitus after some infectious disease, then acupressure should be administered in some special points like ST 7, GV 20, GB 20, TW 18, HT 7, ST 36.
